Introducing: Juan José Barboza-Gubo

We are pleased to announce the representation of Juan José Barboza-Gubo. Barboza-Gubo (Peru, 1976) received his Bachelor’s degree at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.  He has received two MFA degrees, one in Painting and one in Sculpture, both from Massachusetts College of Art and Design.  He has had numerous exhibitions including shows at the Galería Germán Krüger Espantoso ICPNA-Peru, Fitchburg Art Museum, Attleboro Arts Museum, Brattleboro Museum and Art Center and many more.  His work has been featured internationally in galleries and museums in Spain, Germany, Greece, Italy, Peru and more.

Barboza-Gubo currently teaches at Massachusetts College of Art and Design and is slated for a solo exhibition at Gallery NAGA in 2023.
